Residential Germ Remediation

The EnviroSol 3-Step Germ Remediation Process
Land, Sea, & Air
EnviroSol Germ Remediation Services

The EnviroSol Germ Remediation & Disinfection Treatment treat for Covid-19 as well as Influenza, MRSA, Bacteria, Mold Spores, Dust Mites, Odors, and more. The EnviroSol Germ Remediation Process is a 3-step process. In our 3-step process we care into consideration the Land, Sea and Air in our methods. "Land" Germ Remediation consists of a complete wipe down with EPA registered botanical disinfectant on all common touch points. When we talk about the "Sea" germ remediation, we are referring to directional fog treatment with an EPA registered botanical disinfectant of all common touch points to reinforce all surfaces application and fabric. And the 3rd step in our 3-step Germ Remediation Process is the "Air" we breath. We deploy Ozone and Hydroxyl machines throughout your facility. These machines saturate the entire facility with oxygen in the form of ozone and hydroxyl radicals. This "shock" treatment will address any areas that couldn't be touched and it will address airborne bacteria.

We are locally owned and operated and has provided fully tailored janitorial services to the greater Shelby, Jefferson, and Montgomery County areas since 2007. We are fully licensed and insured with general liability and workers' compensation insurance provided for all of our employees.

Land

Land (Surfaces) - Complete wipe down with EPA registered botanical disinfectant of all common touch points. This will include all doors, door handles, door frames, light switch covers, desktops, desk hardware, phones, keyboards and mice, chairs (& armrests), copiers, counters, sinks, cabinetry, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, toilets, bathroom partitions, etc.

Sea

Sea (Low or High volume directional fog)- Fog with an EPA registered botanical disinfectant. We will use a directional fog to treat all common touch points (as above) to reinforce all surfaces application and fabric. This also begins the treatment of the air with an ultra-fine mist.

Air

Air (Oxygen)- Deployment of Ozone and Hydroxyl machines. We will set up machines to saturate the entire facility with oxygen in the form of ozone and hydroxyl radicals. Micro-organisms, including bacteria and viruses, can't live in a highly oxygenated environment. This "shock" treatment will address any areas that couldn't be touched and it will address airborne bacteria. It will even be attached to the air intakes to treat the duct system.
Low & High Volume Fog Process
  1.  All interior doors, cabinets and drawers are opened to allow the best contact with every possible surface.
  2. HVAC intake filters are removed and smoke alarms are covered during treatment.
  3. An extremely fine mist is sprayed throughout the entire residence. Special attention is taken with all touch points . The fog is directed through the intakes to treat any bacteria, pet dander, mold spores, etc. that may be trapped in the duct work.
  4. Extra time is spent addressing carpet, upholstery, and fabrics to ensure proper sterilization.
  5. All HVAC intake filters are replaced. Smoke alarms are uncovered. Doors, drawers, and cabinets are closed .
  6. A certificate of treatment with the date is placed on the kitchen counter to prove that the home has been thoroughly sanitized by a professional.

  2. Please secure any confidential documents or items.
  3. Facilities must be vacant while being fogged and treated with ozone. This can be done around working hours. The facility will be available for re-entry by morning.
